A column celebrating the birthdays and achievements of everyone's favorite ninja!
Today we'll be reminiscing about a core member of Team Seven who is determined to change fate together with Boruto: Sarada Uchiha!

Sarada is born to Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno, who were once part of Team Seven along with Naruto Uzumaki, who is now the Seventh Hokage.
After graduating from the Ninja Academy, she is teamed up with Boruto Uzumaki and Mitsuki, forming a new Team Seven.

She looks up to Naruto, who leads the village and treats all its inhabitants like family.

Refusing to fall behind her teammates, Sarada also perseveres with her training and makes great strides as a shinobi!

While on a mission, Team Seven runs into an underground organization called "Kara".
As they forge ahead to uncover and fight this mysterious group, Kara leader Jigen strikes!
Team Seven and Kawaki go to rescue Naruto, who has been kidnapped and is trapped in another dimension.

Up against an enemy with superior skills who uses jutsu that can hardly be seen, Team Seven decides their best counter is teamwork!

Sarada analyzes the dark mist using Sharingan and uncovers its true nature—Boro is using a scientific ninja tool that produces viruses!
Mitsuki reveals that he has a strategy that will help the revamped Team Seven overcome Boro.

With Captain Sarada taking the lead, they begin their counterattack!

Sarada is able to hold her own against Boro's attacks, but is eventually surrounded by his dark clouds with nowhere to escape.
The virus gets into her system and she begins to lose control of her body...or so Boro thinks!

As Kawaki and the others continue to fight Boro, Sarada uses her Sharingan to find the "core" that migrates within his body.

Locking her eyes on the target, she undertakes the task of destroying the core herself!
Sarada knows she needs to be faster than the signs Boro weaves to move his core, and lightning comes to life in her right hand as she commits to her attack!

Sarada pierces Boro's body with Chidori, a jutsu she inherited from her father, and shatters the core in a single triumphant strike!
Her determination allows the team to rescue Naruto.

Coreless, the Kara member's body rampages out of control—but Momoshiki, who dwells in Boruto's body, takes him over and annihilates Boro.
Having succeeded in saving Naruto, Team Seven returns to Konoha.

The revamped Team Seven is tasked with a new mission. Boruto and Kawaki have to not only monitor Eida and Daemon—sibling cyborgs who have been invited to come to Konoha—but also live together with them.

While the three of them have some no-boys-allowed girl talk, Sumire discreetly points something out to Sarada.

Eida's charm affects everyone other than blood relatives and the Otsutsuki.
But for some reason, Sumire and Sarada have not become "captives" to her ability.
