I'm usually the last one to the party when it comes to finding new businesses, but we went to Proof this morning and it is such a great place, I had to say something about it. Fresh pastries, rolls and loaves of bread every day. I got the Cafe du Leche Berliner. Sis got the Nutella Biegnet and Hubs the Boston Cream Berliner. Can't even tell you the last time I had a donut (or donut family) hand made this good. This ain't even in the same class as You Know Where Donuts. No cake donuts here. Yummy yeasted dough with hand made glazes and fillings. And hot sandwiches for lunch. They have it going on at Proof. Milepost 8, just south of the PO and Surf Pediatrics. Open 7 am to 2 pm. The t-shirts are another reason to go!

Been there a couple times. They used to be at the 4.5 mp in a strip mall until they moved to their current location. Their donuts are unlike most I have had, they are like bread more than a yeast a donut. Hamburger there is very good and so are the fries. | ||

I go to Proof at least twice a week. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best! Try the sunrise...chicken schnitzel with bacon and egg is incredible! The pastries are delicious. The Pickleball courts are just behind them so we frequent Proof all of the time. | ||
