Wight Queen Ankora Fusion Guide - HellHades - Raid: Shadow Legends (2024)

Welcome to the Wight Queen Ankora Fusion Guide! Our latest Valentine Duo arrives in full pageantry as we welcome the Royal Wight couple Narses and Ankora. As with all duo’s, only one is available in the fusion – Wight Queen Ankora. Her partner is acquired from Void shards.

In this guide, we will provide you with all of the necessary information to complete this Fusion Event to get your hands on Wight Queen Ankora.

Make sure to check back daily to keep track of all the events and tournaments and use our helps tools and advice to plan your resources.

Wight Queen Ankora Fusion Type – Fragment

There are three types of fusion events – Traditional, Fragment and Hybrid. Ankora will be a Fragment Collector Fusion, which means unlike a Traditional Fusion, we do not need to collect any other Champions to fuse her, instead, we will be collecting Fragments by completing Fusion Events and Tournaments.

Once you’ve completed enough Events and Tournaments to acquire 100 Fragments – you may summon Wight Queen Ankora from the summoning portal.

One of the best parts about Fragment Collector Fusions is there is no time limit on claiming your legendary, meaning you can hold on to them for points in an upcoming Clan vs Clan or Champion Chase Tournament for a big drop of points!

This fusion also introduces a new aspect to the fragment collection process. Normally there will be some excess fragments either allowing you to skip a number of events or you end up with 5 or 10 left over. With the new fragment exchange system introduced in Update 8.20 – chasing additional fragments may be of value but this will cost you more resources so you should check before you aim for these bonus fragments.

Wight Queen Ankora Fusion Events

As part of the Wight Queen Ankora Fusion, we will have Summon Events within the Fusion Schedule, they are as follows:

  • Summon Rush Event – Friday, 9th February 2024
  • Champion Chase Tournament – Friday, 16th February 2024

As part of update 8.20, Super Raids in all relevant fusion event and tournament dungeons are now permanently active. Previously this would be only temporary so this update should make completing the tournaments and divers quicker for everyone.

We will not know shard requirements until closer to each summoning event and due to the addition of Primal Shards, the double summon chance event schedule is more fragmented and random. We’ll update this guide once we know the summoning events and point requirements!

In addition, this fusion guide contains a unique Hero Path. These paths can take many different forms normally combining 2 or 3 similar events. This path has been confirmed by Plarium to contain:

  • Dungeon Divers Points
  • Champion Training

Plan Ahead – What can you skip?

There are130 Fragments available in this fusion but 20 are available as tournament bracket victories. We never recommend you consider these in your plans unless you have infinite resources as you can never predict your tournament bracket. This means you can skip10 fragmentsin total.

Both summoning events contain15 fragmentswhilst the Hero Path also contains15 fragments which means you cant completely skip any of the summoning events nor the Hero Path. You have a few options:

  1. Skip 2 Dungeon/Artifact/Arena Events: Claim 15 fragments from the Summon Rush, Champion Chase and the Hero Path leaving you with10 spare fragments allowing you to skip up to 2 Tournament and Events such as Artifact Enhancement or a Dungeon Divers.
  2. Partial Skip Summon Rush:It is likely the fragments will be split into 5/15 blocks in both summoning events meaning you can complete the full champion chase and skip 10 fragments from the rush whilst completing the Hero Path
  3. Partial Skip Champion Chase:Similar to option 2, but you will complete all the summon rush and the Hero Path and skip 10 fragments on the Chase.
  4. Partial Skip Hero Path:You will complete both summoning events but instead only chase 5 Fragments from the Hero Path

We cannot say for sure that fragments will be divided as Plarium can always change but these are the typical experiences we face in Fusion Events.

We would recommend you choose option 2 or 3, depending on your shards. If you have more Sacred Shards than Ancient Shards then the Summon rush is a good option to prioritise. If you have many ancients and/or fusion champions for Permanent Fusion saved or even Previous Fragment Champions then completing the Champion Chase is a better option.

Plan ahead, choose wisely and avoid missing out on this awesome new champion!.

Day 1: Thursday, 8th February 2024

New Events:

  • Fire-Knight Tournament – 2250 Points – 5 Fragments
  • Classic Arena Takedown – 390 Points – 5 Fragments

We start this fusion with two tournaments only – the Fire-Knight Tournament and Classic Arena Takedown. You may be tempted to rush straight in and finish Fire-Knight however note that the Dungeon Divers Event will start tomorrow so you really want to wait before you start your destruction of the Fire-Knight.

You will need to acquire 2250 Points and this calculates to roughly 140 runs of Stage 20 normal at a cost of 2,240 energy or around 120 runs of Stage 10 Hard at a cost of 2,400 energy. Running Stage 20 Normal is the most energy efficient route when it comes to fusion tournaments (unlike turn attack tournaments which require a high stage). These rates are an average assessment therefore some of you may high roll or low roll your gear requiring slightly less or slightly more runs.

The classic arena takedown should be relatively straightforward if you are able to fight and win at least half of your daily tokens. At Gold 5 you need to win 30 fights over 72 hours to claim the fragments. This will scale lower so pay attention but if you are lower in your account level then your point requirements should scale with your arena rank.

Day 2: Friday, 9th February 2024

New Events:

  • Dungeon Divers I – 3700 Points – 5 Fragments
  • Summon Rush – 2250 Points – 5 Fragments / 3150 Points – 10 Fragments

The Fusion truly starts (or ends!) today for most players. You will now want to start looking at doing Fire-Knight to pair up with the Dungeon Divers and you also have the first of two summoning events this Fusion. Let’s take a look at the Dungeon Divers.

You will need to acquire 3700 Points and this calculates on average to 304 runs of Stage 20 normal dungeons. This will cost you around 4,864 energy or around 273 runs of Stage 10 Hard at a cost of 5,460 energy. Divers events are very expensive in terms of your energy so maximising this during other events is key.

First, by completing the Fire-Knight Tournament from yesterday – this will give you a third of your Diver points. We recommend you then focus on the upcoming Champion Training tournament and gathering dungeon diver points from artifacts dropped in the campaign. This will likely get you over half way to the point requirements. Once you have completed both you should wait for the upcoming Spider Tournament start on Sunday and complete the divers during this Spider 20. This will be a long grind but with careful planning and usage of your resources you will acquire these fragments efficiently.

Summon rush events will be your first “can I complete this fusion” moment and it normally depends on the quantity of sacred shards in your possession. On average 4-5 is a good enough position as this gives you the majority of the points you require. This event has set the point requirements to the average or even below average requirements. Don’t forget to review the options you have above regarding what you can skip – if you lack the shards to reach 3150 then consider skipping the 10 fragments here to chase them in the Champion Chase.

It is worth noting that the current Progressive Summon event contains R. Nergigante Archer – a Monster Hunter champion that is not going to be summonable beyond February. You can read more about the summoning event and our thoughts on the best options here.

Use our summon rush calculator below to forecast how many points your shards will give you.

Day 3: Saturday, 10th February 2024

New Events:

  • Artifact Enhancement I – 4775 Points – 5 Fragments
  • Champion Training Tournament – 3550 Points – 5 Fragments / 6350 Points – 5 Fragments

Today, we receive the first Artifact Enhancement event and it is during a brand new rotation of the Cursed City of Sintranos and a free re-gearing event. Now is the best time to take advantage of these bonus events to build champions you need for upcoming stages or to do some gear cleansing. Artifact Enhancement can be done in two ways. You can gear cleanse to the points or your can upgrade pieces to rank 16.

Gear Cleansing Route

If you have a number of artifacts on level 1 then an efficient way to claim the fragments is to upgrade them to level 8 or 12 and then sell the items for a return of silver. This still remains a negative silver gain but its far less punishing that upgrading to level 16. You may choose to keep some good pieces and that is also great but you will find this route might take only 10-15 million silver to complete the event.

Gear Upgrading Route

If you are looking to complete some champion builds, then Level 16 artifacts are important to maximise their potential. We highly recommend you prioritiseArtifacts instead of upgradingAccessoriesas this will be significantly less silver to complete the event. This route will take you approximately 20 million silver to complete.

Champion Training

Tournaments offer more than just levelling and upgrading the ranks of champions to complete the events. They typically require less points also whilst sharing similar points per rank as training events. This makes this event much easier than a normal Training Event. Unfortunately, the event is not going to be active during the upcoming Clan vs Clan (or it will be very close to expiring). This is when most players should use their books and upgrading skills is one of the best ways to do champion training tournaments.

Your best option here is to use energy in Campaign as you will also gain more Dungeon Diver points from yesterday’s event. You will probably need to run around 160 Nightmare 12-6 runs or around 300 Brutal 12-3/12-16 to complete the event and you can expect this to cost you around 2,400 Energyto earn the fragments. Alternatively, you can run a dungeon 20 stage with food such as a solo Artak with 4 food Spider 20 team or a Solo Dragon 20 team. This will help you chase those Dungeon Diver points but you will probably need to run around 350 Dungeon Stage 20 runs and more than exceed your champion training requirements. Take this route if you want to get the Divers event completed then finish off your training in the tavern for the most efficient route.

Day 4: Sunday, 11th February 2024

New Events:

  • Spider Tournament – 2250 Points – 5 Fragments

Sunday’s are normally a day of rest as we contemplate the previous weeks events and take a moment to relax – at least in most realities but in Raid this is not the case. We have a new Tournament to complete today with the Spider Tournament coming in at the usual point requirements. This means at Stage 20 Normal you will need 126 Runs at a cost of 2,016 Energy or at Stage 10 Hard 119 Runs at a cost of 2,380 Energy.

We recommend you look towards Stage 20 Normal due to the benefits of gaining more Silver and Tournament Points per Energy. In addition, the final day of the Dungeon Diver Event is today so prioritising Stage 20 ensures you complete this with as little energy as possible.

If you have already completed the Dungeon Divers, you may consider delaying your Spider Tournament to the upcoming Clan vs Clan as you will gain points for this tournament alongside your Spider Tournament and a Second Dungeon Divers starts during this window. Therefore your decisions should depend on whether you require more Dungeon Diver Points today or on Tuesday!

Day 5: Monday, 12th February 2024

New Events:

  • Dungeon Divers Event II – 3700 Points – 5 Fragments

Just as we have completed our first Dungeon Divers event, so commences another dungeon diver events. This one is far less friendly for your resources with limited events to double or triple dip for maximum gains. As with first dungeon divers, you require 3700 points to claim the 5 fragments. This calculates on average to 304 runs of Stage 20 normal dungeons. This will cost you around 4,864 energy or around 273 runs of Stage 10 Hard at a cost of 5,460 energy.

If you have saved your Spider Tournament, then tomorrow is the best day to complete these events as Clan vs Clan will be available for you to maximise rewards. If however, you have already completed spider then Divers is going to be ultimately a grind and will feel like it is burning a significant hole in your gem and energy reserves. There are no other dungeon events or tournaments that align with dungeon Divers because the Dragon Tournament will star as the Divers ends (and aligns with the Hero path which contains Divers).

There is also a bonus reward at 4,500 points of 20 prism fragments to summon the new Bannerlord Acelin in the bannerlord prism pool. This again is further temptations and further resource expenditure for the chance of the champion. Just beware the pitfalls of going too hard for these prism fragments then leaving yourself short for future fusion events.

You may wish to consider skipping this divers if you can confidently chase all the fragments on the Champion Chase Tournament.

Day 6: Tuesday, 13th February 2024

New Events:

  • No New Events

We’re nearly halfway through our February fusion and today there is nothing new starting today to draw your attention. Clan vs Clan, however, started today so if you held back your resources to complete the previous days events – now is the time to push and finish those resources. Completing the Spider Tournament whilst grinding out the Dungeon Divers will be where you focus your fusion events.

Should you have spare energy – consider the Sand Devil tournament that is active which contains valuable Prism Shards to summon Acelin the Stalwart. It won’t contribute towards your Dungeon Divers event however so this energy should be used sparingly.

Day 7: Wednesday, 14th February 2024

New Events:

  • Artifact Enhancement Event II – 4775 Points – 5 Fragments

We are into day two of the Clan vs Clan and now is the time for you to upgrade the artifacts you have been sitting on. You may even have done your first forging of your Rathalos Artifact Sets from the Forge Pass. The event today is a typical Artifact Enhancement Event similar to the first one a few days ago. This remains a very silver intensive event but you will gain significant points in clan vs clan from your two options. As a reminder here are your two paths for success in this event.

Day 8: Thursday, 15th February 2024

New Events:

  • Hero Path Event – 11,000/34,000 Points – 15x Wight Queen Ankora Fragments
  • Dragon Tournament – 2250 Points – 5x Wight Queen Ankora Fragments

For the Dragon Tournament, you will need to acquire 2250 Points and this calculates to roughly 140 runs of Stage 20 normalat a cost of2,240 energyor around120 runs of Stage 10 Hardat a cost of2,400 energy. Running Stage 20 Normal is the most energy-efficient route when it comes to fusion tournaments (unlike turn attack tournaments which require a high stage). These rates are an average assessment therefore some of you may high roll or low roll your gear requiring slightly less or slightly more runs.

It’s worth mentioning that the above runs will also aid you in your journey through the Hero’s Path, which we will cover next…

Now we’ve got the Hero’s Path Event that has begun, and the requirements for this are Dungeon Divers and Champion Training, in general, our opinions are quite high of the addition of Hero’s Path Events to the Fusion cycle, as generally, the rewards available are more favourable than a traditional Champion Training Event.

Saphyrra has done a very in-depth video breaking down this Hero’s Path, with all of the different routes you should be taking for certain rewards, as well as the most efficient ways of completing each of those routes.

Day 9: Friday, 16th February 2024

New Events:

  • Champion Chase Tournament – 2150/3650 Points – 15 Fragments (5 & 10) – 5-10 Available from First and 2nd Placement

The Champion Chase Tournament lines up nicely with the current 2x Ancient Shard Event paired with a 10x for Acelin the Stalwart, so it’s time to pull those shards!

This Tournament is also a great opportunity to summon any Fragment Champions you’ve got sat waiting to get yourself the point requirement!

One important thing to mention for this Champion chase, however, is that FIRST Place in each Tournament will get themselves a Perfect Soul for Acelin the Stalwart, who is available on the 10x Event this weekend.
